Morning Routine - Hour Of Power


What is the first thing you do each morning? Do you check email? Check Facebook? Twitter? Watch the news? You are letting the world and outside influences dictate your life! Instead read something positive, constructive and inspiring, and you'll set the mental  tone for the rest of the day. You're more productive, more creative, more alert, and you'll be more resilient when you're faced with obstacles of that day. Exercise and eat right too!
